At the Gold’s Gym Bandera Trails in San Antonio, we make sure we understand your goals and help you achieve those goals through our highly individualized GOLD’S PATH program. As a result, your gym membership gives you access to expert fitness coaches that can help you one-on-one, as well as in your favorite workout classes. Our fitness coaches include personal trainers who can work with you individually and also help you develop a personal workout program that can include solo workouts in and outside the gym, and workout classes that help you build on your success.
Our fitness classes include high-energy Zumba classes, where you do a fun cardio workout to Latin beats, as well as slower-paced Vinyasa Yoga classes that help you build flexibility and strength.
