You all asked for my testimonial. Back in 2007 I weighed 275lb I was eating maybe 2 meals day and drinking no water just mountain dews. To be exact it was 20oz 10 a day. I was on high blood Pressure medicine. I have liver problems and drinking alcohol all the time. One day I woke up took picture of myself to my wtf am I doing? I need to change. I felt like an embarrassment to my family and friends. At the time I was married (divorced now) but she did weight watchers so that's what I did. I stopped pop, soda, coke what ever you want to call it. I used treadmill for 20 min day and cut my drinking back. 3 months lost 40lb 6 months lost 60lbs 2 years lost 100lb got down to 175lbs. Hated being that small took on power lifting. Got fat again back to 250lb then fell in love with bodybuilding. My competition weight was 186lb. Just let everyone know I am human and I completely understand how hard this is. I currently have 2 diseases that mess with me daily. Some days are harder then others. Just remember all have story. We all have journey, struggles in life but it's how you shine in dark time. That's how you become better person for yourself and for others. I want some feed back from everyone. I want to start doing testimonials for who ever wants to participate in this. Its great way to show everyone your accomplishments and show yourself where you come from. For those that do not know I have my own testimonial.
